They are all unedited entirely (except for image size) and before you go complaining, I know that the 4th shot needs the wires clone tooled out, but I didn't want to do that just yet so that I could say they are all unedited the first time around. But if this was for a portfolio or something, I would edit them out most definitely.

    Rochester, New York.

cool, if you go there at the right time of the year you can get some real cool shots of the river because of flooding. the waterfalls have dead trees stuck in them and stuff and the water goes crazy. its especially cool in the winter with ice chunks floating around because they dump the snow in there.

good shots, definitely some interesting perspectives and subjects.

not sure what camera you're using, but if it has separate body and lens, invest in a dark polarizing filter. some of those sunny shots are just begging for it

That's a nice place to take photos at, but they lack context and mood. Go back and try to tell a story, not just show what it looked like there.

Yes, its a famous door in the area. Ironically its called Rochester Door (ORIGINAL) but it leads to a enormous underground tunnel system that leads to the top of the waterfall to the right (not in the shot) But the only problem is there is only two ways to get to it, rafting or repelling. So in a few weeks some friends of mine and I are going to raft there and check it out.

Thanks man, and trust me, a place with a lot of abandoned buildings is never a good sign for the local economy

Except for the noise (or especially because of it) all of the indoor pics are awesome. Especially 1st and third.

And imagine your friend standing on the same side as you on the fourth (black hole in the floor) one. Him gazing down the hole. Would have been a very nice art shot.
