gcfscape thinks steam is running when it's not

ever get this error even though steam is shut down?

Yep. I get this very same error on the DOD and CS gcf.

I hope someone comes up with a fix for this, since I desperatly need something in the CS gcf

Reboot your computer, make sure Steam doesn't start and then remove clientregistry.blob...

Now try to open the gcf file

my gcfscape was out of date. i downloaded a new one from nem's page and it works fine now.
