Here's a chance to show your mapcorian love

Gameflood has recently started a 25,000 USD contest for best mods and maps. Then they added a DoDS section, and then they picked my first map ever in their list to vote on

So if you wish to support me in winning a couple cents, here's what you should do:

First go to http://www.gameflood.com , and sign up. It's easy and free, as always.

Once you've done this, you'll be able to access this link : http://www.gameflood.com/Mashup/Index.c ... ModID/8425

and click on the "vote" button

Mind you, I'd be the first to tell you this isn't the greatest map ever, but well it's always worth a shot

The prize totals, in cash and goods, for each major category are as follows: first prize: $3,000; second prize: $1000; third prize: $500. The major prize categories are as follows: Best Multiplayer FPS Mod; Best Multiplayer FPS Map; Best RTS Multiplayer Mod; Best RTS Multiplayer Map; Best RPG Mod (Single or Multiplayer).

LOL Peris, your comments on your own map's page aren't exactly... subtle

Personally I don't really "get" Gameflood; they seem to have their focus on some sort of obscure level customisation feature, which I'm really not sure anybody uses. And why can't I see what maps/whatever a person has submitted by viewing their profile? That seems like an absolute bare minimum feature on that sort of website!

Oh and anybody who feels inclined to vote for Weaver can do so here, although given nobody has so far I think it's fairly safe to say it's outta the running
