First impression = I love this style.

its new and fresh. Strange they have chosen the source engine for this.

Well they will have there reasons.

Awesome concept and very brave targeting it kids as well. Could well end up being a stroke of genius. I really like the demented art style as well. Think I'll give it a go.

This looks pretty much inspired from littlebigplanet, which is a good thing imo

I dunno, that wasn't announced all that long ago; I'm not sure all this could have come together in that little time.

    Very impressive regardless of inspiration!

Edit: Hmm, created in May 2007 as part of a school project, that'll show me...

The game is pretty well done for a school project.

I think this is one of the most boring games I have ever played. The controls are awkward and unresponsive, making jumping up a tree one of the biggest challenges in the game. The game idea is pretty cool itself but the level design is boring and minimalistic. I don't know about the rest of the game since I gave it up during the training level because the controls pissed me off.

I still like the idea and the looks of it. If they turned physics off it would make controls a lot easier, since you don't really need phys on a simple platform game like that.

I played it for a bit. The concept is great and very original. The game looks very unique, but I will agree that it does get a little boring, but then again, most side scrollers get boring to me after about 5 minutes.
