They arrested him,. Chen said of FBISD police, .and also went to the house to search.. The Lin family consented to the search, and a hammer was found in the boy.s room, which he used to fix his bed, because it wasn.t in good shape, Chen said. He indicated police seized the hammer as a potential weapon.

How do they expect him to make maps without his hammer?

imagine its the only place in the world where there are such contradictory ideas of freedom of speech, basically you have the freedom to say anything that doesn't offend or scare anybody because the second you do the media turns you into a DANGEROUS INDIVIDUAL and wherever you're working or whoever you know suddenly has an entirely different opinion on you and it can ruin your life basically.

People (also from the media) can be arrested for that so called "Rufmord" (the dictionary is spitting calumny/slander out) here in Switzerland (and AFAIK in Germany, too)

Germans should learn to speak a fukken language a part from their own and stop synchronising their movie and being so damn proud.

Okai let's see why you're a dumb ass:

The first language every German learns in school is English. This is mandatory. The second language you can learn is French, Spanish, Latin and depending on the school other languages as well.

Your country has a population of ~16,500,000

Germany has a population of ~82,400,000

Austria and Switzerland combined make up a total of ~15,800,000

Plus all the people living near the boarders speaking German you might get a total of ~100,000,000

See a big market there? And please, if you're German and proud, you'll be labelled a nazi in most cases. Unless you mean something else than being proud of our country.

    Oh and GG Texas

The Japanese still deny theyve lost the war back in 1944 and don't respect the 2 minutes of silence we keep here, to pay respect for our fallen.

It's not every nation, it's every culture. Having been to japan, I know how these people act, and european culture is different from asian culture. I suppose we all should know that.

I've heard from some people that it is more that school district than anything else, but still it is the times we live in. I can't recall if he brought the level into class or if it was just online somewhere, but, if he did, bringing it into school then that is just stupid. Most of us might see this as just a kid bringing his level to school but there are a lot of people in the world that are just  .

The kid is hardly a threat (I mean we all know that), he learned an editor/engine and figured out how to be creative in the process. With a creative output Mapcore, he would have no need to do anything stupid, except maybe make another dust clone. Then again what if he were to show his level here and some asshats thought his map was crap.

    Can you elaborate on that?

Despite Tom Cruise being in it, the film isn't too bad actually...

Anyway, I can't say I sympathise with someone making a map based on a horrific recent event, it's like making a map based on the Tsunami the day after Boxing Day, the event is still fresh in people's minds and likely to cause a lot of offence.

Better to leave it a few months

YES !! Everyone already made his school/workplace as one of his first maps, and in my opinion this kid should rather get congratulations.

    I mean, it compiles ...

I think it's actually pretty good, conceptually. He has some good scale and shapes going on - but other than that, blech. Pretty ugly and bland. You have to wonder: if stuff like this can get a kid arrested, what would some of the people on these boards get if they create their own schools? The death penalty?

wow what a load of shit - that's a fucking awful map. he should be given the death penalty for getting pictures of CS all over the news looking like that. it looks like doom.

    what a cock.

I might do this with my school.

And then train on it when I go postal and shoot everyone, because I've trained on video games so much it's made me a psychopathic killer.
