What are the best and worst movies you've seen lately?

The worst movie I've seen lately is "The Day After Tomorrow".

Horrible, horrible movie, but ok if you're bored for 2 hours.

Basically the world ends in a cascade of CGI effects, and I almost fell asleep 2-3 times during the movie.

The best movie I've seen lately (and maybe ever) is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Basically, two guys go to Las Vegas, do a ton of different drugs and you get to see the world through their eyes. Really funny and well acted.

One of my favourite movies. Recommended viewing for everybody.

    Ok, now you

Spiderman was mediocre... didn't like it that much.

The best movie I've seen in awhile is Fahrenheit 9/11.

Loved that one, great movie. Anyway the best movie i've seen lately is probably Man On Fire. Denzel Washington is one of my fav actors so that might have a little effect on it

Other good movies: John Q, How High, Rambo III (hell yea!)

Worst: A.I., it was just too weird :-?

    EDIT:

    Aaaah!!!

A.I. is one of the most underrated movies of all time. People just don't understand it and therefore it sucks in their opinion.

Yes, the ending is both sad and happy at the same time. He gets what he has wanted all his life: his "mother's" love and at that very moment he becomes a real boy and then he and his mother both die..

    Best movie

I havn't seen any new movies lately, can't be arsed to watch them either.

One movie I like quite alot : Where Eagles Dare.

    Worst movie (ever!)

3 Ninjas: High Noon At Mega Mountain - Ok, this movie is so bad, it is pathetic. It makes you cry and laugh at the same time; cry cause it sucks and laugh at the suckiness. If you like Hulk Hogan, that'll be the only reason you'll watch it then.

    btw my fav movie:

the first 10 minutes of the movie cobra, where the bad guy threatens to blow up the super market and then stallone says "go ahead, i dont shop here"

    wrst movie:

lost in translation. i couldnt stand that movie. it was so like....pointless. yea the guy is in japan and he doesnt like it...it would have made a funny 10 minute short, but it just felt so drawn out to me. then again i watched it pretty late at night and i was tired, so maybe i just didnt have the patience to "understand the true meaning" *COUGH BULLSHIT COVER FOR A BAD MOVIE COUGH*

    I thought this was "Best/Worst movies you've seen lately"-thread, NOT "Let's spoil some movies"-thread

if you havent seen A.I already then you deserve to have it spoiled for you.....and trust me it isnt the type of movie that you can spoil....because you'll most likely stop caring way before the end.
