Looks good, but get some displacement maps goin! The road, the sidewalks, everything - they need some variation.

The sidewalks could use some sort of trim to create some definition. Right now it's a little too bare.

Also the fog seems a little out of place. It doesn't match the skybox and kinda throws off the atmosphere. Maybe if it was thinner and more of a whitish/grey color it would fit better.

Looks like a fine start otherwise.

If the class is level design then I should imagine the layout will be more important than the look.

How about posting up an overview of the routes?

The sidewalk looks too blocky, and it needs sum more details. Ps can u go into the houses?

The rest looks like solid start.
