i remember playing that with a joystick in 1991 when i was 5 
that game is awesome

i had no amiga 
first computer was an apple II with crazy games. a super mario clone (this super mario where king kong was holding a princess and her threw barrels down some ramps while you had to get upstairs.)
then someday we got an ibm pc 486 with 4MB RAM. once we bought a CD-ROM device with 4x speed but the game "bleifuss" needed 8Mb RAm. so i had to upgrade. all in wonderfull VGA grapics :DDDDD
Well I had a lot of fun with a lot of games, i.e.
Turrican, Bubble Bobble, North & South, Lemmings and I guess Stunt Car Racer

Aye, Moonstone was an absolute classic. Syndicate would have to be up there too, along with the first two Monkey Island games of course. Not to forget Dune 2 either...

Ignore the fact that it's the Spectrum box. I still have my old Amiga copy stored deep in the vaults, but I can't be bothered finding and scanning it.

Really though, the Amiga had loads of classic games. Provided me with a superb childhood. 
Tis funny, I've been thinking back on the early 90's PC/Console games a lot lately, looking up on old games that I played back then and how strongly they've influenced me.
Never had an Amiga though, would've loved to have one back then though.
Oh and Magic Pockets was fckn amazing, the 3rd world (Think it was the third one, with lots of water and like dirt n shit) has made me wanna do a map that captures that style for ages now. Brilliant game, strangely enough not as well known as I thought it was.
Dune 2, Moonstone, Cannonfodder, it's hard to pick just one. It's also hard to remember the names of some of them, seeing that I didn't really know all that much english back then (I knew 'Options' meant that you could change stuff, although the following submenu made no sense at all)

Haha yeah. Thats the beauty for us who didn't have english as our primary language and didn't know it at that time. You just sorta experimented your way around

Christ, how could I dare to forget Another World and Flashback?! Prince of Persia too, for that matter. The Dizzy games, especially Treasure Island, were pretty ace, and Civilization and Colonization both deserve props too.

i guess i am gonna go with syndicate because it was the first to come to my mind when i compiled that list funny too how nobody has mentioned it yet ![actually somebody has]
I'd like to mention that I would put Monkey Island waaaay at the top of the list, but since I originally experienced/finished it on the Atari I can't really. Can't remember if I ever had the Amiga copy of it. D:
Just had to post to this one since I have an Amiga A1200 sitting on my desk here at work 
Some games I enjoyed on the Amiga were, Civ, Simcity, Lemmings, World Circuit, Eye of the Beholder, Harpoon, Populous, Gunship, F-18 Interceptor, Wings, Dizzy, and of course the greatest application of all time that made a company who we have come to hate now days AKA EA Deluxe Paint(yes they made what could have been the best old school painting application EVER) one of the largest gaming companies ever.
