So I came home for Christmas and found my dad had bought a D50 and kept it quiet, so I took it for a walk on the way back from taking my car to the garage for its MOT.

So long since I used a DSLR and due to the fact i was not wearing warm clothes and it was -2c I just whacked it on auto and snapped away. Used the standard 18-55mm lens that came with it.

I'll get some better ones another day, this is what its looked like in my village for the past 2 days, no sign of it ending:

use transformation in photoshop on the last one so you get decent 90°

    otherwise: Nice shots!

second one = ownage. i really like the first shot too for its simplicity. the background diffusion is good, but i think it would have been nice to be diffused a little more, as you can still make out a ton of lines in the bg(it's almost distracting). But really cool shots anyway. I wish I had frost to photograph...

Imo the crooked angle is precisely what makes this shot seem so eery, creepy and weird, I say keep it crooked.
