    i like that much better.

the other one, was way too much design and way too less content for me..

um not to get me wrong, its not more content now .....

but the old one had such an intense design but the content was not too well included by being forced to scroll through (at least thats what it was like for me).

so this one i like much more. a bit simpler in design but totally foccused on the content. now make the stuff clickable and its a win

i really really prefer the new design over the old one. looks very nice \o/

Strong horizontal lines or cuts should only be used when the main content stops. I nearly missed your text as I did not expect there to be anything worth reading below that horizontal cut.

yeah this is much better and looks more serious and honest. personally i would reduce the contrast on the top/bottom parts and move the welcome text you have right below "seeking employment" bit. you could use the darker bottom part for a copyright note or whatever.

Thanks guys, I'm really glad you're as happy with this as I am Acumen was pretty much spot on about why I decided to redo the entire design.

I updated it, it now contains the resumé and contact page, still no clickable thumbs though.

Not knowing if you'd think about working for Ubi, I sent your portfolio to my boss (technical director) just in case. The response was "he seems good at what he does, but I really need to see some bigger pictures."

If you care about this opportunity and feedback, please update the website or send me a zip of your work.

    French isn't a prerequisit.

Furyo, I was just working on the bigger pictures as I read your post, and I tell you, it really made my entire body warm - I will have it ready for you in a couple of hours.

I can feel the Core love as well~

Now I'm just wondering why your boss Furyo (being a level designer) is a "technical" director and you forward Teddy's portfolio (being a 2D artist..or so I read on his site) to him? Shouldn't this go to an "art" director/manager?

Also that new portfolio site is a lot better Teddy, good job!

hehe Frie, let's just say that his title doesn't reflect neither his real capacities nor his real responsabilities. A better wording of his title would be "guy in charge of the overall quality of the game, on all aspects, and how to get to that quality". Besides, being the only level designer on our current project (as of right now) it's no surprise I'm not supervised by a lead LD.

So yes, he's not in charge of recruiting, but he'll definitely have his say on the matter

The portfolio now has working links. Preferably you could give this to your boss instead of the rar I gave you, Furyo - there's a bit more content now
