New original co-op survival horro game created by turtle rock. It all started many years ago when me and a co-worker at troika were having a blast setting up condition zero bots in overwhelming numbers with knives. My friend and roomate was working at turtle rock and introduced the idea and they took it a long ways further from there.

Sounds and looks pretty fucking good. So good in fact that I can forgive the use of a number instead of the proper word.

Here's hoping it lives up to the potential of what Resident Evil: Outbreak could have been.

Sounds sweet, took long enough though for this idea to be made.

I must admit I am pretty excited. I love zombie games, and Tutrtle Rock has never let me down. One of my teachers from school is friends with the art lead, and his work has impressed me time and time again, so I cannot wait to see how they impliment it.

Looks amazing, the funny part is me and my friends used to do the same exact thing with cz bots for fun.

Looking forward to this. Their CSS work is fantastically awesome, and you can never go wrong with coop, so this should turn out pretty good I'd think.

This does look very impressive I must say, being able to play as the different enemy classes is a very good step towards some very diverse gameplay, like Natural Selection with zombies

Coop and zombie games, I see a new thrend there.

Anyway, sounds cool, looking forward to see all the described in motion.

I had a slightly similar idea a few years back actually and wrote a little design document. A MOD for UT2003 set in the future, a small group of rebels fights an intergalactic dictator and his soldiers (this sounds a lot like Star Wars now that I write it down again, but think more badass and high tech, less fantasy...).

The group consists of 5 classes, each with cool high tech weapons (one class is a special forces droid turned against the evil empire), but all of them basically follow the medic, heavy arms guy, spy etc. scheme. The group of players has to complete objectives in a level (similar to the UT Assault mode) and fight plenty of enemy soldiers which are AI controlled, but can also be played by real players. If one of the players in the bad guys team dies, he takes control of the next one until there are none left.

The Zombie/Survival theme and the different zombie classes with individual, special powers take this to a completely different level though

I hope not, cause I'm not paying a single dollar for another game with HL2 textures (there are some in the scans).
