Yeah, they're taking a risk with it. The point of games is to escape the typically boring hum-drum of everyday life, not be forced to partake in it. As long as it doesn't end up like The Sims with bodily needs being taken to extremes...

I'm sure they wouldnt add anything that detracted from the fun of GTA. GTA3 and Vice City are two of my favourite games, and I hope they wont ruin San Andreas.

hmm im felling slightly peckish, but i have to outrun these police..what a dilema.

so..we have to feed our main character..does that mean that we have to save /sleep every 18 minutes as our character is gonna get too tired to continue driving around?

if thery are adding stupid things like food, i want the cops in gta:sa to be more like the cops in mafia if you are speeding and they see you, you get busted, and same with carrying weapons in the street..

i feel it could really go either way, really cool, or really stupid, i guess we'll find out

It's basically just GTA3 with new bells and whistles, I imagine they're running out of bells and whistles to add now.

Well, it hasn't become boring to me yet so I don't mind if it's the same old stuff in a different setting.

You could say that about Vice City, but that was fantastic to me.

Most not click link and hype the game up, like I did for Vice City. This time I will just idly sit by and not pay attention until it comes out adn psych myself out if it does indeed suck.

wait, if I remember correctly gta(1) was like:

Liberty City -> Vice City -> San Andreas

and that's all!

I guess I dont wanna know what the next gta will be! :-?
