Sounds pretty cool, something like Silent Hill maybe? I hope it has good character development and story though.
-
A bit more on the story and what system it is running on. A beast of a PC.

Damn this game looks nice! Seriously it's amazing that they are pulling all this weather and such off. It has been done before yes, but usually only in an ackward way in a small proof of concept game.
-
Seam or not, water has never looked so good in a video game

that's kinda different water... Alan Wake with large expanses of water and Bioshock with all the pretty water effects for indoor water.
Both looking orgasmic.
-
Alan Wake is impressive and all, but I hope it turns into more of a game and less of a graphical showcase soon. Sure the effects were impressive, but let's not forget that Black & White 2 also had really good day/night effects, water, tornadoes, etc. They're not going to sell me on having prettier versions of that alone.

I agree, there needs to be more emphasis on the gameplay for the next time, I'm hoping for a Max Payne / Silent Hill hybrid

What are we looking at here dude? Thats barely recognisable as a PC to me
