satire is what makes the world go round. The petition years back to have Peter Jackson change the name of The Two Towers to something else since it was insensitive to the victims of 9-11 started as a joke, but I guess something nuts took it seriously and ruined the joke of it all.

Why would anyone want to ban Doom 3? Just because they have a crappy compy 2000 or? Doom 3 seems like an exellent game, can't wait to try it. =)

Well, that pic of the Jesus-like person hanging at a cross (in hell), turned upside down, might be offending to some people (not talking about the general excessive usage of gore and violence in the game).

I don't mind, but you know society...

society is hypocritical, those same people (the people taking it seriously atleast) are probably willing to go send troops to murder people over in 3rd world countries without blinking an eye damn people *waves fist*
