Starcraft's was probably the first editor I opened up, but Worldcraft was the first I actually got heavily into.
Your first Level Editor

I think it might actually have been worldcraft but i quickly moved onto DEdit when i got Noone Lives Forever (great game and great to mod) made some single player maps with that and also dabbled in Gta2 levels amazingly. Then it was onto hammer for the hl2 leak around 03.

The build editor for Blood and then after a long gap worldcraft 3.3 (maybe an earlier version, I forget)
-

age of empires (2) editors
what a fun to paint in paint the bowman to a minigunner or build minas tirith with 10.000 units (lagging like hell)

after that warcraft 3 and worldcraft/hammer
other then that everygame in my hands that had an editor... too much to count
-
everybody made tracks for stunts (wait, wasn't the game called "4D Sports Driving?")
My first real level editor was Build for Duke 3D
-
Hammer ;(.
I made tracks for Excitebike though.

Valve Hammer Editor 3.4.. Still is VHE, but now version 3.5 and 4.0(source).
Actually I messed around with the Red Alert editor a bit a few years before that, that was when I kinda got interest in designing stuff in general. After some years when I got Max Payne, I opened "MAXED" which is unrealed anyways, and fooled around in it, but couldn't quite get it, so I gave up. Then I met st0lve on the internet, probably trough cs or something, and he had made this aim map, and I asked how.. then VHE came into the picture.
-
lol no way, my first was the Red Alert editor.

Then that Tony Hawk level editor
then moved on to Worldcraft
-
I think it was Alien Breed 3D, though that might've just been the most painful.
-
-
for the 4th year in a row, it was duke nukem 3d with strip clubs
-
When I come to think about it I believe it was qmap at around the same time as I played with the Duke3D editor.
When it comes to FPS games that is obviously.
