    hi,

here's a new doom3 sp map I've done. Hope you like it...critics, comments or any suggestions for improvement are as always welcome.

The map is splitted into 3 parts. More about and how to start it in the readme.txt.

    Here are some screenshots:

those last two shots look really awesome, the first looks a bit funny because the fog doesnt blend with the sky well

I love how different it is from Doom 3, looks really neat.

Wish I still had the game so I could get in there.

The interiors look good but the buildings in the outdoor shot have bland texturing.

This map proves Doom3 needed more concrete. I like the last two shots. The first is cool, but the fog is kid of off.

Agreed hot stuff, looks quite different for a D3 map.

Not to mention I absolutely love that second screen.

very nice, love the second area. Got to give you dibs though, I didnt even think that was doom at first glance, best thing ive seen out of doom 3 in a while.

I added some more screenshots for those who don't have doom3 installed...that should be about 90% of you guys here

yes that's right...but I didn't want to create extra textures for that outdoor area because you wouldn't see them at all with all that fog. Besides this area was only built for the intro cinematic...

why do I hear that all the time ? I had lot of games/movies in mind when making this map...but I never thought of Alien versus Predator.

ok, thanks for all the comments and nice words...I really appreciate that.

If someone has doom3 installed or the chance to play this map, I would be really interested in what you think about the gameplay (item placement, combat situations, sound...). Just tell me what you thought was good or what you didn't like, so I can improve those things in the next map.

Awesome shots, especially the new ones - you really nailed the feel in the shots with the fun bleeding growths.
