What happens during a draw anyway? Re-match?

I watched highlights of the last England match, Trinidad certainly weren't going to let their guard down for awhile, though it was never going to last

No replays, just walk off with lesser point then if they won.

3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.

The only time you don't get 1 point is in quarter or semi finals and the final. In which case you go into extra time (15 minutes each) way where depending on the rules its whoever scores first wins, or whoever has the highest score at the end of the time, if still drawn then its a penalty shootout.

Not exactly the worst in the world, either. There are no 'bad' teams in the tournament.

Oh, and FIFA world rankings place Mexico as 4th best and the USA as 5th best, so I really wouldn't trust them too much.
