You didn't let him cut the line

Those shots look amazing, my jaw literally dropped once I realised they were ingame.
Along with these stunning graphics, and the faster paced gameplay, this will be the best Tom Clancy game yet D:!!!

I only saw it for a few minutes. It's a familiar theme of CTs and hostage rescue and everything we love about Clancy squad based games (thematically that is). Your team was repelling down the outside of a building to recon the action inside through the glass. You invert on the rop and have option to shoot with your pistol, but you go back up, and get all your team members in position. Then you fast rope down several yards and crash through the window guns blazing and ankle a few Ts. Well done.
Me tired...say more later.

Most important question: is there gonna be a planning stage like in Rainbow Six 1-3?
If not, Rainbow Six Vegas is dead to me now. Without the planning aspect it would be like SWAT4 or GRAW set in Las Vagas, nothing special. Planning is what Rainbow Six is all about!
I used to spend hours making out the perfect plan and when at the end of the mission everything went right, all objectives were achieved and no team member was killed I felt a very proud moment, leaned back on my chair and said to myself like Hannibal Smith from A-Team: I love it when a plan comes together.
Those were the unique Rainbow Six moments, please don't take them away

Yay for broadband at work: 130 Mb in 1min 15sec...
And I've just commented the vid by this big "Wow" at the end with the explosion, which sent 5 colleagues straight to my screen

-
gameplay video is lovely.
that guy who comments the play sure knows how to sell the game. he could sell used cars or wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube men or something...

-
wow indeed... I also just had a huge cluster of guys hovering around my screen for this one... awesome work klein and... everyone else you work with.

-
there's almost the same video in high def quality available on gametrailers.com
if you have a fast internet access you might wanna get it from there.
-
Just checked the gameplay video, looks awesome luka~that guy who was talking was really annoying tho

Still a tad sad to see all the Rainbow Six games going for this more mainstream'ish actiony feel, always loved the first ones for their realism, not many games do that anymore
(Although it looks like there's going to be some tactics in this one). -
hm I agree with what Mazy is saying here... This is more toward the mainstream stuff, just like Jayrabbit also talks about...
It looks sweet though, and sure it stands a little out with the repelling down stuff, but its getting a little too much like every other game

-
Wow, the features and things you can do in this game impress me more than the graphics
Great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't see how you think the old ones were more realistic??? No gun in front, stupid shity tactics, no ambusing, no hinding behind things, no throwing grenades where you want... What the hell are you talking about, besides action is where its at. Thats what these teams do. Its not Spinter Cell. No toher game lets you do this stuff. I don't know what you guys are looking at? The only game that has been close to what this offers is splinter cell yet that game is boring becuase you can't bust out into action fights. Boo to you

That's great if you like the arcadey additions to the series Dark, but I got pulled into the Tom Clancy games because they were different in the beginning (Back then there were a lot less realistic shooters). I'll admit that I don’t have that much time to sit and try and organize attacks and plan stuff out, and most of the time you would just go in with a few guys and improvise, but the fact that it felt like your actions really mattered in the first games really set them apart. I'm in no way saying these new games are bad, making them more focused on action is the best choice to make the big bucks since Rainbox Six's audience was always something of a niche market.
But I suppose that in the end I'd rather play this kinda game today, now that my time for games is sparser

-
hehe, I see whatcha mean, back then that was really the most realistic. I still hated not seeing the weapons though, but lots of people still play without.
-
That game looks just HOT, gj klein & IR!!
(been to Vegas for 2 nights before E3 by the way, crazy town)
-
wow that was pretty good stuff . i loved that . ganna have my note pad so i can draw out my plan of attack while i play the game

-
Note pad....HAHAHA you loser

-
the video was very impressive, will there be missions that exist in actual hotels or are they all in some crazy fictional hotels? (make one in the flamingo kplz)
