Source SDK problems

Ah damnit not again . . .

When i try and run hammer . . . or hell any source game i get an error saying "hl2.exe has incounter a problem . . bla bla bla" I've tried reinstalling steam many many times. Any help?

Have you asked on the steampowered forums? They could probably help you out.
