I'm back on Chaos Legion on the PS2. Not a particularly noteworthy game, and generally regarded as a poor mans Devil May Cry, but for some reason I feel the need to finish it. I got it ages ago and put it to one side as its so damn hard, but I'm getting by ok since I've started again. I'm gonna be so proud when I'm done with it

Just played through PoP: The Two Thrones. I loved the first two games, the first one for the acrobatics and the second one for expanding on that and fixing the combat... but somehow this one just doesn't feel as tight as Warrior Within. It didn't look as good as I expected it to either, I mean as an example the most important weapon in the game, the dagger of time that you have the entire way through, it's literally one polygon with an alpha outline - come on. It's bugggy as high hell too - mostly stable (only crashed to desktop once!) but really glitchy all over the place. Altogether it just felt pretty farmed-out, a trailing edge for the series rather than a big bang finale. Still, I had fun and it's worth playing.

The last boss was really fucking hard too, it's been a long time since a game owned me that bad.

Final Fantasy XII

rightfully deserves the perfect score from Famitsu magazine.

I'm finally playing Resident Evil 4

I also got Fight Club the game (for PS2) yesterday... it's kind of boring but the graphics are really good (the levels I mean). Specially the bar where tyler and jack had the first fight, it's amazing ingame with all the rain effects.

The soundtrack of this game is also very weird. There are some QOTSA songs (which are awesome but don't really fit the theme). Oh there even are limp bizkit songs... I heard you unlock fred durst when you close the story mode. I hope it's a joke.

The story mode is just plain shit too. Maybe it's a fun game to play with friends, who knows.
