Weapon materials on our SoW2 menu

We got this nasty problem with the SoW2 menu, weapon materials are been drawed on top of the background image for some reason.

Anyone got an idea of how to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated as it's one of the few things which hold back the 1.1 release.

Isnt that the spot where usually you see mod name etc? What if you deleted that part from the code and now it replaces it with random .vtf material instead of the right one.

Just my guess.

Aren't those weapons contained in a font actually? Knowing nothing about coding, I'd start looking for any mention of a ttf file in the code.

Thanks for the replies, we have worked it out now:) It had something to do with the mod title and the font it used. It turns out that the standard Source font only supports the characters to form the title "halflife2" and then fucks up if you try with "Sands of War 2". So we tried with another font and that works:)
