Nothing to say other than "hot damn". That's some sweet stuff.

I agree with the HDR comments, it's too much right now.

Looks really cool, I like the varied house-designs. Looking forward to playing it.

Very nice work IR as usual!

    It certainly looks interesting.

Really like the buildings and the village feeling you got there.

I thought the flat ground fitted pretty well. Here in Holland there just arent any bumps in the terrain, evrything is totally flat. But maybe they could be fitted in somewhere right

It's like old school with high detail kinda

    (and yes that's positive)

I can confirm that, also add kilometre long straight lanes followed by sharp 90° turns.

amazingly enough Holland has the lowest amount of traffic deaths in the world, so 90degree turns seem to work very well

thx for all the comments guys, i added some new screens, with interiors and windmill,

the terrain is indeed somewhat flat, it wont have huge bumps or anything but i intend to make some tracks in the road etc,

hessi, custom will come assoon as im entirly done with the layout, just wanna have it playable first then add detail

Skjalg, I had a very productive christmas week was able to work on it every day so that speed it up alot

Wow, that looks really really sweet! Only thing that caught my eye was the not fitting hl2 foiliage.

Looks more open that the standard DoD crop, which is very much a good thing.

Plenty of 'accurate' prop placement too, to give locations a believable feel, while the overall quality of brushwork, texturing and lighting is high.

    Please continue.

i didn't mean to make the map mountainous or anything, but the land is a perfectly flag plane and it really stands out. grooves on the road and other things that tie into the scenery would be just fine

Quality mapping for sure, but that HDR is a little too agressive in some shots. Try and spread it a little more so that it's the horizon and not just the sun which is glowing.

Looking good, but the buildings *almost* look the 1940's era Son en Breugel buildings.
