    It's somehow sad and illogical that people from two economicaly so close connected first world countrys can't work in the other country without huge problems. I'm not a poor third world guy who thinks the USA is heaven on earth and wants to hang around on the streets or in a gang and annoying the natives (i mean american citizens, not the indians) :roll:

    Hell, if i wanted a "easy life", social safety, healthcare etc. i would want to stay here because thats much easier in germany to get for a poor person.

    At least you haven't spent 300 bucks, waited 2 months for the interview, woke up at 4 am, crossed the entire city to get to the consulate at 8 am and find out that your 9 am interview was postponed to 12 pm, and when it's your turn the consulate officer don't even look at your face and say that your visa is refused. It's not that bad afterall stepp

    Immigration systems for any country are designed for the benefit of that country and not towards the applicants.... thats just how it is. The labor market situation in the US is pretty bad as it is so it makes sense they only want "qualified" foreign people in the country..... If its really that important to you I guess you should get a degree....otherwise...try elsewhere (go, CANADAA!!)
