I have a bone stuck in my throat. Its a very small bone from a fish that I ate a long time ago. Its lodged in my throat, I think just under my atoms apple. Any idea how to dislodge this? I even went as far as to try to throw up a couple of times, but I felt like I was bolemic and had to stop. Any ideas are welcome!

Well, perhaps try to get it down instead of up? Could fix itself if u drink a lot of water. Can be a bit hard if it really got stuck tho.
If it starts to really bother you perhaps go see a doctor.

isnt it adams apple?
Anyways, it depends how long its been stuck there. If its been there for years you probably wont get it loose. Try burps

The feeling must be nasty *shivers*
I would also suggest that you drink water, but if it doesn't help, you should see a doctor, it might eventually scratch your throat and the would could get infected or something. Then they would have to amputate your head

Yeah, I think a doctor would be a good idea. If you try to swallow it it might get stuck even further down, and that would probably suck even more.

"Atoms apple" - that's a classic.

But seriously, if it's been there a while then obviously it needs a helping hand to shift. Go to the doctor's.

its moved to my lower throat. I went on an eating binge last night. Had just about everything in the house, but I think it was the three breasts of chicken that might've moved it. No more blood when I spit and I'm not congested. whoo. I hope it doesn't scrape all the way down to my stomach.
