Sorry, your explanation was just way too over simplified. "universe was like there, and then it was like gone.. funny"

because the road isn't defined by the cars.

Actually it is just as valid analogy as any. Don't forget that we observe GALAXIES and draw a conclusion that the UNIVERSE is expanding, here we just observe CARS and draw a conclusion that the ROAD is expanding.

It depends if the galaxies and stuff move around in the universe, like cars do on the road. I don't know if they do or not, and I have a feeling neither do the Scientists.

RD has a point, you are just thinking of the universe as a static thing that shouldn't be moving.

Huh jynx, no we are thinking of the universe as a thing that is constantly in flux.

And kosmo you missed my point.

Ginny, I know what you mean, Galaxies are part of the universe as where cars are not part of the road. But I think it is still a misconception.

Like my theory about time and timetravel. I believe that timetravel is easy as pie, but we have the wrong way of measuring time and we don't understand how the time is handled by universe.

Who says we haven't. If time travel is possible someday, I don't think it will be common for people to use it because time travel fucks up the space-time continuum the second you interact with something. It wouldn't do us any harm, but it could do them.

I think people just might visit some more distant past than the modern times, you know, like something INTERESTING, and for the sake of security, they didn't have satellites and recording devices in the middle ages so they very wery well could have visited us. Only people who saw them were just tought to be crazy unable to explain anything about it.

Stephen Hawking is a stupid man for not thinking this up like I did, I'm smarter than that freak, and besides, I could beat his ass, I'm not afraid of him.

What i meant with the car analogy, we know nothing about the end of the road, or the end of the universe.

There's a supermarket at the end of this road next to my home.

you can make jokes about it, but its not such a strange idea. There are often restaurants at boarders

Stephen Hawking comes from the future, that's why he want's us all to believe it's not possible, so that no1 can know is secret.. think about it, how could a guy in a wheel chair be that smart? it's not possible, the guy is a dam cyborg!

I have a theory on time travel.

There are two possible outcomes once time travel is possible.

    1) Immediatly the universe is destroyed because so many mistakes were made infinitely and seemingly simultaneously. I'll wager that since I'm still sitting here time travel never does get invented (at least to go backwards)

Think of it this way if a time travel machine was to be invented in the future and then sent back in time there'd be mountains of evidence everywhere, it would be completely impossible to hid.

    2) Time traveling creates an alternate dimensional timeline for each single group that goes back. This timeline exists outside of our own. This is an equally corrupt theory because we'd never see evidence of this either as we're still on the original unmolested timeline.

Also I'm doped up on pain medication from having part of my jaw bone removed today (long story) so there's a high probability everything I just wrote it complete rambles.
