nice, you fixed it, but the scales are still going the wrong way 
look at the picture i posted. the lizards head is to the right of the photo, and the scales are pointing down to his tail(notice how the scales have a pointed edge), your's go up to the head. maybe im wrong though, i cant really make out the texture that well. you should post it so i can get a better look.

The low poly hand/leg is kinda distracting, but if you have to limit your polys.
