out of this weeks games, which do you think will have the most support by the MOD community? Quake4 since it used the doom3 engine or FEAR.

doom3 engine, because as I'm sure many of you know, I'm not particularly fond of the fear engine at all. fear seemed to use more resources to do less than doom 3, but I'm still judging it by the demo and need to play the final product before I can honestly reply. My bet will probably still be d3e

To me F.E.A.R looks more plastic than Doom 3 ever did, I've played all of Monolith's FPS titles and loved them all equally but this just looks a little too shiney for my liking, still I'm sure I'll lap it up. To answer your question, Quake IV indefinately.

oh great, Shadow of the Colossus also gets released on the PS2 tomorow . Its been a very dry summer for games, and now everything comes out!

Tempted to buy Shadow of the Colossus now. I still need to pickup God of war too.
