My fault when she lies.

    I thought occurred to me;

you meet a girl she says she’s on the pills but she lies, then it’s still your fault that she gets pregnant and you are evil if you don’t wanna contribute and can be forced to do so by the law.

But if you meet a girl and she says she doesn’t have HIV but she lies then it’s her fault that I get the disease and she can be punished by law.

Both scenarios include me having sex that I would not have had if she had told me the truth. And both results in a for me life changing event.

But in one the result is my fault and in the other it’s hers.

    What am I missing?

The other one is a fatal disease and the other is new life that can be prematurely terminated if you are pro-choice.

Yes Kosmo, correctly observed however to make my thought process clearer:

I't your fault if she gets pregnant when trusting her when she says shes on the pill.

But it's her fault if you trust her when she says she don't have HIV.

They are so similar but depending on the result the blame is so different.

Yeah, but there was this guy several years back who intentionally gave HIV to his ex-girlfriend and that counts as a attempted murder.

And I don't think that anybody is blaming a single person when someone gets accidentally pregnant, since it is not a crime to be pregnant, well, atleast the law doesn't blame you. It's everyones own job to keep your shit checked.

    I agree with Captain P.

I mean, he's not worrying about HIV or a not-so-planned-kid.

There are alot of other things in this world then just sex and moreover: I think it's cooler to save this (very intimate) thing for the one you (at least think) you really love.

'Cuz remember kids: sex is a wonderfull thing...

you can truly love someone without being married to them... but lets not get too off-topic or this is gonna turn into a heated debate :S

    haha

Yes, u are right Klein. But I think that was not the point Captain P was trying to make. And if it was, I disagree.

What I ment was: when lust is the only drive, one should ask him/herself if he/she is doing the right thing.

And no, marriage is deffinetly not a proof of love and that's a choice everyone should make for themselves.

If you can't keep check on your own shit, then maybe me and my Katana can make a better job on you I'll visit you tonight bub!
