    Hehe, I know how models are skinned I just wondered how he made the vehicle skin? Did he use some photos or was it hand drawn from scratch?

    Mix of photo and handpainted. Markus is very good with his wacom.

    yeah that looks great unfortunatly i believe that it wont look as good when u stand ingame right next to it

    unwraping a model to fit on one texture allways looks great from a far

    but for close up stuff that you would need in an fps it be better to texture vehicles like maps ... with textures that you can scale finer and repeat

    the best however would of corse be an engine that would alow mutiply uv sets were one could blend both methods together for ultimate hotness ^^
