gib model tutorial?

im trying to turn those paper box models i showed you guys into gib models . just like in cs_office for source. they have a paper box that when shot files come flying out. i have all my models separate that i need i just need to know what to do to make it so when i shoot the box the top flys off , next time you shoot it the papers fly out , anyone know? or know of a place that has a tutorial for it.
