    Okay.

Im not a fan of consoles, but I gotta agree that the new xbox system is very interesting and great looking piece of tech. The games looks good, runs well and they have some big developement companies supporting it.

I'm definately interested, but am I the only one who is interested but still uninsterested at the same time because its console? I really want to buy it, but I'm sure I won't...

System itself is pretty cheap, conserning its next gen, but the games... oh wtFf$¤£@! Just too much.

Actually I have no idea why I'm writing this. I just felt like opening my mouth and say that I like how xbox360 looks and plays and im interested in it, but I wont buy it, ever, never.

Here's a random shot of Bill Gates:

I love consoles but I won't be buying a 360. Most of the impressive games are coming to the PC and PS3 so...

I think the PS3 has much more interesting exclusive games.

I dunno, PS3 seems so "lonely" to me at the moment. Only MGS4 has potential

I think all 3 of the next gen are looking great, but the 360 is the one I'm looking forward to the most. Live is a great online system, the way they have further developed the media integration with games (like plugging in USB mp3 players for game soundtracks or steaming from a PC) is awesome, the controller looks like an improvement on what was already an amazing design, and of course I'm a bit partial to many of the games I've always been more of a console gamer than PC gamer, so I've no qualms about the fact it is a console - thats a plus point in my book!

Why won't you buy it because its a console, by the way?

I want none of these next gen consoles cuz I´m a console hater

I´ve always thought of buying one but I like fps games too much to play them on a crappy xbox controller

The 360 is where the party's at this round.

And yeah, the 360 is a great place to jump into console gaming. Infact, since I've started playing console games again over the last few months, the controls are not that bad for an fps game. Sure, nothing beats mouse and keyboard, but the console controller is now so comfortable to me. There are actually fps games I'd rather play on console than PC now.

To me it's more like a matter of money, namely due to the fact that I don't have any. So let me think...

    - Monofunctual (only games)

    - Performance wise not really upgradable

    - Gamedesign is out of the question (MODDING I.E.)

    - Consolegames are commonly more expensive

    - Online play not really intergrated (yet) and / or expensive

i really want the 360 but with a price tag of 300/400 US dollars on launch...

id rather wait 4 or 5 months, see the reviews and then consider getting one used or refurbished...save myself about 25% there.

the ps3 looks good too, but i dont know enough about the revolution to say whether i think itll be God or not.

To be honest, the last console I bought was the N64, so I kinda skipped the last generation of consoles. No X-Box, PS2, Gamecube, so I've also been missing out on a few games, except for the ones I played at friends or in the company of course. I got some spare money, have resisted to spend it on any handheld consoles (DS, PSP) and will probably invest it in the 360.

Now if only Microsoft would release the list of launch titles!

I'm not interested in any of the exclusive games on the ps3 or xbox360.

I am interested in the franchises that will surely be on the Revolution.

Preordered a 360 the other day, and I have no idea why. Theres nothing really interesting at launch.

The only confirmed launch title that I find even mildly appealing is PGR3. Perfect Dark Zero looks embarressingly bad from what Ive seen lately.

But I might as well get one straight ahead instead of waiting :G

Previews of PDZ have sounded kinda promising, but the screens and trailers haven't exactly been impressive. I wasn't a big fan of the first one (though admittedly barely played it) so I don't hold out too much hope, but its emphasis on coop gets it some plus points in my book

None of the people that worked on Goldeneye and Perfect Dark are at Rare anymore. PDZ is a bastard child.

Plenty of sequels are made by different teams, but that doesn't mean they will turn out bad. Panzer Dragoon Orta for instance - awesome game made by a different team to the original games. Or Quake 4 for that matter.
