I'm shooting for my Uni's newspaper 
This was during my first day, which saw 3 assignments (2 just were thrown at me, and the hockey game I knew about before).
Ignore the shitty quality of the photo, despite it being from a D70. It was my colleague's camera and he didn't have it set correctly for white balance and exposure, or ISO. Plus the lighting in the arena sucks major ass. I played with Curves in PSCS2 to try and compensate.
There's no need to apologise for the 'bad quality' of the camera or anything, it's a wonderful photo, very balanced, i really like it.
heh, it just pisses me off. 
I can't wait to get my own 20D...

Well in this case the camera certainly isn't a weakness and in my most humble opinion, it's not something that should piss you off either. The weaknesses might just give the picture character.
