I finally got over my lazyness for a short period of time and put together this portfolio. It's somehow based on philipk's portfolio (love your portfolio man ). It's in portuguese only cuz I'm trying to get into some college for free (can't afford these expensive colleges in Brazil!). So yeah, c&c would be appreciated.

    Portfolio - http://portfolio.minotaur0.net/

PS: "Próximo" in the right-bottom of the page = "next"

    Petable indeed.

You should show some more stuff, show your small models aswell, plus maybe another map, they are very nice aswell.

    Oh nublette

    Very nice I'd say then.

Only thing, the very last texture, that 1024x1024 one is not sharp enough.

I think it wouldn't hurt if the screenshots of your levels were a little bit more high res, other than that it looks pretty cool tho, i like the living room scene! Good luck buddy!

Looks great Minotauro. Why the Portuguese titles? Are there really that many games companies in Brazil? Switch to all English I say...

Yeah, I'd do it in english too.

But the site looks nice. Small, clean and style. I like that rotated building background.

One little thing though, the cycling between maps/models and such wasn't completely intuitive. Probably because those links are plain text links, while the menu links are block outlined. Doing the same for those buttons would do it good, I think.

This is nice. Great stuff, well done fine layout!

I would really love to have a portfolio myself, but I have like, 3 (soon 4 good/great looking) maps and ~15 textures only

Hmm, maybe I should try making one, just for testing...

Looks good, Could see you've taken some from Philip but I guess thats alright

I would change the Mouseover colors for the buttons, tho... too dark with too dark writing..

or was that how it was supposed to be?

I used the popup javascript only, the rest I did by myself (its simple but took a lot of time to get it to work on both IE and Firefox)

Man I FUCKING hate this country. And I mean that. It isn't very common here to get into a college through your portfolio (unless it's an arts specific college), they always want you to study useless stuff to succeed in some crappy exams. Ok, I emailed the coordinator of the course I want telling her that I can't afford a course like that (it's REALLY expensive) but I ain't poor enough to try one of their financial support for poor people (you have to be really poor to get one of those). Wrote a fucking huge email explaining my situation and stuff and then she replies me: "Thiago, you should go talk with the secretary. Yours sincerely, Nara"

    /me dies in pain

Sweden + education + economy = ownage. Everything is more or less free. Education in sweden is free, you need to pay for housing and material such as book and pencils.

The so called 'next' button isn't too easy to see. And the popups are small until the image is loaded in Opera. Other than that great site & great work!

We have free colleges as well, but since the government doesn't give a shit teachers are always on strike. There isnt much investment.
