Rigging in Character Studio?

Anyone know how to change bone heirarchy in character studio so that my ponytales are parented under the thighs and not the head like they're normaly?

Never mind, there is a schematic view icon on the tool bar whch allows you to play with heirarchies in a procedural manner (think renderman or houdini, forgot which one it is) Easy enough, now tim to finish the rig.
