But its the exact same as the free streaming one.

Yeah that's obviously a teaser, I mean it's too short to be a proper trailer. I like the fact that the stalkers will actually play some sort of part this time as oppose to just mere eyecandy..
Damn, I really need to get Half-Life 2 setup..

right...forgot. have to excuse me...been working way to many hours to remember all the details about Vavle's product release plan between free stuff and not free stuff.
It's a teaser, an apetizer, not a trailer. Two different things.
There really wasn't anything to be disappointed in...

Or they don't want to spoil new stuff? I pretty much ruined a lot of HL2 for myself by playing the leak and reading copious magazine scans; I want the Aftermath experience to be a more ambigeous enterprise on my part.
And I think the animations look fine. However, if Alyx stomps on every unscripted ragdoll antlion like that, I'll be suprised and impressed.

It's a typical valve trailer. Shows you almost nothing. I wouldn't start crapping my pants with negativity JUST YET.

It's fine when anybody bashes valve, but do it for the right reasons. 
Im not attacking what I saw in the teaser (theres barely anything in it anyway), but what they've release so far
Take these pics for example, which are actually some of the better ones. Can it possibily get more plain and uninteresting? Considering that this should probably hype the game then its certainly not working on me.

But sure, I'll wait n see. I just find it kinda sad that theres such a huge gap between hl2 n aftermath in the visual quality of what they've shown.
What exactly are we supposed to do with media that Valve release then, if we're not allowed to preconceive some kind of opinion on the game with it? Just stare at it and go "gj valve", without engaging our thoughts? It's simple; everything that Valve have released thus far pertaining to Aftermath has been wholly unimpressive. If they don't want loads of people to pass negativity on it (which they are) then they shouldn't release such weak "teasers".
