I'd say it's a bit too clean for a sewer wall. Other than that i like it

Just noticed I had made one some long time ago. I suppose it works as a sewer wall though it wasn't intended to be one.

I like this one a lot, very refreshing to see something different.

That is nice, but these days I avoid textures featuring overly significant details such as those pipes or the grating.

Bic: It tiles ok but I am noticing a bit of a seam down the main grey portion. Its not hugely noticeable, but it certainly caught my eye. Other than that its nice. I think it might have been better if the bricks weren't uncovered at all - that looks like wear, yet due to being otherwise clean it seems out of place. If it was fully intact AND clean, it might work as a NEW sewer wall

thats why this is a texture contest and not a texture-to-be-used-in-nextgen-games contest.

it doesnt matter if you cant use them in HL2...that wasnt a rule =)

the point is just to paint some good looking textures for fun. everything goes :]

if youre talking about the black line down the middle, i drew that in there, i wanted it to be more of slabs of cement

ill have to try dirtying it up later ~

Nah I mean on the harling type material, that makes up the bulk of the texture. Where it tiles at the sides there is a noticeable seam. Not very big though, I wouldn't say its a huge concern. The black line on the trim does look a bit odd now you mention it though; the curl at the top of the line looks awkward I think.

Learning texturing atm, and came up with this little dirty, greenish wall set today. And now i see this thread, and i think my very first attempts kinda fit the topic, so run & hide, cause you are about to be shown some serious eyecancer

I don't like those seemingly random spots on the wall, other than that it's good
