Job Description
This position is entirely remote, and can be done from anywhere in the world, but requires some overlapping hours with our team in Seattle (Pacific Standard/Daylight Time). This is also a minimum 6 month contract.
As a level designer, you are central to ensuring we have exceptional quality throughout our game that helps create an immersive and exciting game experience.
You should feel comfortable pitching level design decisions revolved around enhancing the core gameplay mechanics.
You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team - must be open to direction and able to embrace change.
Responsibilities
Work with artists and engineers to put together fantastic maps that complement and enhance core gameplay mechanics Create levels that showcase the full gameplay loop and narrative experience of the game Gather feedback from players, and update and revise levels based on feedback Fix any level design-related bugs that prevent a smooth gameplay experience [/list] Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience working in Unreal Engine 4 Experience building UE4 Blueprints to build gameplay Experience dressing assets in UE4 with proper content requirements Experience in optimizing workflows and pipelines for level design Great communication skills between disciplines Able to quickly change direction based on feedback [/list] Preferred Qualifications & Skills
