Hello! Can I enter with my old map?
I was late for that 2017 contest, since then I haven’t worked on the map, it requires serious job.

"4. Maps that were under creation prior to the announcement of this Contest can be entered, as long as a complete map version (layout and any non-greybox art) was not released for public download."
I think rule 4 will mean you cannot enter Fiorina as a version has been publicly released with a full art pass. I would, however, wait to hear from a judge to confirm this as they are in charge and have the final say in these matters.
2 days gone... still wait for answer from judge ![]()
Under what circumstance would the deadline be extended?
I think I lost my brain and soul, but it is done. I have made a workshop collection of all entries to the 2019 mapcore mapping contest. Not all topics had a workshop link or could be found on the workshop, so if yours is missing just ping me https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/fi…/?id=1950169391
i dont know why but i like cs source better.. just add some mods to the weapons and skins and it looks as good as CS GO
i own cs go but i think its ugly![]()
can't believe people still play CSS to be honest. It's the worst game in the series.
Okay I'm going to end the retarded opinion chain on this line.

Well, it's near the end of the development time and I spent way too much time trying to learn 3DS Max instead of actually mapping...
TIME TO CRUNCH!!!

Whoop whoop Mapcore's fake police here ??. I dont think this opinion has anything related to this topic nor section of the forums. If you want to discuss about CS:GO then please bring it over here:

That was literally me during the 2017 contest. It's definitely doable, I always feel like deadline makes you accomplish more under pressure. Just don't burn yourself out!

I've always been a little astonished because apparently everyone uses this software (3dsmax) that cost 2k bucks every year.
Well, there is this students version, but you may not make money with your stuff then (CS:GO Operations etc.).
Am I the only idiot that uses Blender, which is for free and far good enough to make shitty low poly props for CS:GO?
What's up with that?
