WAR!

    Ill get em all, but im still totally pumped on the revolutions backwards compatibility, so pwn. I just hope the rest of the console will be as pwn

    But apart from that then I think both the 360 and ps3 look good, altho the stuff sony showed so far has been alot more impressive.

    I'm a 360 man just now. Love the Xbox controller and the new 360 ones are looking to be awesome updates on them. Wireless 4 teh win - all my current ones are screwed due to the wires. New Live changes sound to be pretty nice, and with PGR3, DOA4, Gears of War, Ninety Nine Nights, NFS: Most Wanted, Losty Oddysee, a new game from the CoR: Escape from Butcher Bay developer and more, it seems to have the games to appeal to me. If it turns out to be fully backwards compatible then I'll be a very happy man since me Xbox is pretty dead (damn thompson drives!), but even if its only partial its still a reasonable plus point.

    PS3 has some incredible looking games but most are sequels to games I never seem bo buy anyway. MGS4 huh? The third looked great and is sat in my flat, but its not mine and I never even got tempted to play it. DMC4? The third is sat in my flat, but its not mine and when my mate was playing it looked like a poor man's Ninja Gaiden. Killzone 2 and MotorStorm look absoutely jaw droppingly gorgeous, but are they even real? I doubt it.

    PS3 has wireless controllers too (that look much more original that 306's, BTW) and you can use 7 at the same time.

    And you didn't mention titles like Grand Theft Auto and Gran Turismo.

GT4 is a great game that I play often and the PS3 one does look great, its certainly a game I'd buy. Finally more than 6 cars in a race To be honest though, PGR2 was, for me, a better game, so PGR3 is more of a pull.

    As for the look of the controllers - I'll take proven useability over originality thanks. The PS3 controllers look like a joke, the 360 controllers look like an improvement over what was already the best of bunch for me.

    But no wonder you are leaning towards 360 when you havent played MGS and GTA3->.

    The 360 controller looks like a toy. When I saw the first pictures I actually thought it WAS a joke.

    I've played and completed MGS, played MGS2 briefly, and watched the vast majority of MGS3 being completed. I've played and completed GTA, and played GTA3 just not for any real amount of time. I'm not saying they are bad games - far from it - just not some of my favourites.
