I think nobody will complain if you post a concept for a MOD here for brainstorming. But you should put some thought and effort in it before you just throw an "idea" in here ("OMFG ZOMBIE TERRORISTS MOD LO!OO!LL!!1").

Just be aware that your chances on getting people together for it might be a lot smaller than if you already had a collection of media pieces. I guess some background information about yourself would also be helpful in this situation.

I agree with the others, there is no reason for a such forum. It is tough enough to reqruit people for an established mod, think of how few replies thoose ideas will get.

I think its a good idea, as long as those tossing in their $0.02 don't have any obligation to help further, other than simply helping further your ideas.

how about a mod in which you play checkers, that would rock. and it could also have chinese checkers maps.

and strip checkers
