So what do you guys think of the trailer? I like it, hoping this will be THE, Spidey movie.

Did they seriously steal the subway train scene and amp it up (Spider-Man 2 with Toby) with a boat????

Never was a big fan of any of the last five movies but this one could be decent.

Apparantly, Tom Holland is an acrobat/dancer, and does alot of stunts himself! Hope this is true and we will se less CGI Spidey.

Where have you been in the last year lol? Have you seen Civil War? The bit of Spidey we got there was great, can't expect the movie to be any less.
Anyway it is a return to the comic canon on the most basic aspects, so from high school they'll go all the way to a more mature character. At least that's what they say, I don't read comics so I trust this guy.
Also they are skipping the origin story, which is "thank god!".
Maybe I'm easily impressed, I grew up with this stuff ?
Fucking Todey AND Garfield both fucking sucked. Atleast Tom Holland looks like a geek but at the same time, is kind of cool and witty. Like Peter Parker. I think he was awesome in Civil War 
Still better than X-Men or Fantastic 4…

No, I haven't. The last Marvel adaption I saw was Avengers 2 - scratch that, it was "Deadpool". But only because that one seemed to stick out from the superhero movie avalanche that only seems to be getting bigger over the past 2 years. If you're still getting excited over seeing Iron Man on the screen for the 12th time, that's cool. I've just grown tired of it comparetively quickly...
Far from me to say that they're the ultimate movies to see @FrieChamp, but I still find them quite entertaining. Like others before me pointed out, these movies have turned out to be there comic adaptations, in the sense they flow almost like a TV show… doing that, keeping up with comics would be more time consuming and more expensive.
A little embarrassing, I haven't really contributed much in terms of ticket money as for unlucky work+girlfriend conjunctions I missed out on most of them and just resorted to download them.
Anyway, other than enjoying the movies enough, I think they are interesting stuff in terms of reference: character design, UI, set pieces… all stuff that can turn useful for videogame developers.
