Hey @Xanthi in the latest update notes it's mentioned that "Destructible walls allowing for new flanking routes added to all maps." Can you show us the exact location of some?

    Hey guys,

We had a good test this week. We checked out Mercury, Kruppstahl, Heidel and Alps but unfortunately we made a mistake with the playlist and were not able to test Aachen City @zastels. So we'll be testing that next week on Sunday the 4th at 2:00 PM EST, along with Normandy @Sosa - Hinterhof @hdkhh_ - Erdbeere @Christian H. Deadline of map submission/updates for this next upcoming test is Saturday the 3rd at 2:00 PM EST.

Please note these playtests are totally optional and not part of our judging process. They are meant to help mapmakers see their levels played and receive feedback.

@Xanthi Thanks for the announcment. Unfortunately, I can't be present due to posted-above reasons. I'd appreciate anyone participating to write their criticism in the hinterhof thread

so I can easily check out your feedback.

At the moment I have very little time on my hand to work on the map due to work-overload, but I will see to adressing any problem you encounter and post on the beforementioned thread.

    Thanks to everyone.

    Greetings

    HDKHH

@XanthiEdbeere is now called "Morgentau", and includes pretty extensive layout changes. (visuals are very much WIP though).

I've renamed the bsp and workshop item, but this shouldn't effect subscribers (hopefully). Please let me know if there are any issues:

@Xanthi Hi been working hard on my entry, Dianville and would really appreciate a look from the Devs. The workshop has been updated; http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/fi…s/?id=793007315 If you can sneak it in for a few minutes that would be great. Otherwise maybe next week.

    Thanks

Thanks I REALLY appreciate the feedback, I've been working hard. Not included in today's playtest again so I really have no idea if I am heading in the wrong direction or what. It's getting a little weird. Without any exposure, its just my idea of what works. That's never a good thing.

But really, I appreciate your words, one comment, good or bad, makes want to keep working. I think you probably know the feeling.

    Hey guys,

We had another good test, thanks so much for coming out! We checked out Aachen City, Hinterhof, and Erdbeere. Normandy had crashed unfortunately, so we were not able to test it. We will test it at the next test.

The next test will be our final test, as we will have covered all the maps. If you have a map you want to have tested, this is your last chance to submit. If there are more than two new maps submitted, then we will separate the maps into two tests and go into the following weekend, but we expect this to be the final test with the maps listed below.

We'll be testing on Sunday the 11th at 2:00 PM EST playing the following: Normandy @Sosa - Dianville @mr_ah_clem - Wolfschanze @Максим Лапшинов - Mairie @wslysnps

Deadline of map submission/updates for this upcoming test is Saturday the 10th at 2:00 PM EST. Please do NOT CHANGE THE NAME OF ANY OF YOUR MAPS or it will break the playlist and cause problems for testing.

Please note these playtests are totally optional and not part of our judging process. They are meant to help mapmakers see their levels played and receive feedback.

8/12/16: Marino has been removed from playtesting and will not be participating in the contest, so we removed it from the list above.

Pull Marino out of the test list.

I've stopped working on Marino because of my personal dislike towards the design. Got something else in development now though, although that won't be making it for the contest.

Nooooo. I really had high hopes for your map! But I understand your decision and wish you goodluck on your new project!

    Hey everyone,

We had another good test yesterday, thanks so much to all who came out. We played on Normandy, Dianville, Wolfschanze, and Mairie. That brings us to the end of testing all our contestants maps, a whopping 18 of them were submitted!

This was the final testing session before the deadline of the contest, which is December 22nd. We will still be testing after the deadline both internally and with our community of course, but at that point, the maps will be final entries and not subject to change. We are looking forward to playing with all of you and will be announcing the details of this next stage of testing sometime after the deadline. So stay tuned.

A big thank you to everyone helping to improve our maps.

The playtests and also the not official work from our community were really helpful.

Also thank you to all my mapmaker mates and collegues.

We are creating a big game here and i hope it will continue this way in future.

Good Luck to everyone. Hope you will all get finished your work.

@Xanthi Is the deadline due to midnight (GMT/UTC) 22nd of December 2016 or midnight (GMT/UTC) 21st of December? I'm asking because the lads at gamebanana have a timer counting to midnight 21st of December http://gamebanana.com/contests/82

Do you consider midnight to be the moment 21st ends at 23:59 pm and 22nd begins at 00:00 am?

Edit* Received confirmation from Jonny Higgins @gamebanana; it was a mistake on their part.
