(temporary name explained at the bottom)

So, this is my map that i'm doing for the contest. I first installed the game from a shared account just to use some assets and see what I can make but I made more and more and it started to look like a layout (sort of) I don't have much game experience but it is still fun to make stuff for this game.

That's my current progress, I will try and update the thread with various updates. The reason for the name Luxembourg which is temporary (and I know that Luxembourg was neutral during WW2) but that's were I got my references.

Remember too keep playing the game in-order to learn how each game mode works overall. Your maps looks great so far, alot of detail added to each building face etc.

I like the water splitting up the environment, creating interesting firefights across the open areas. Each detail adds more life to the map and nothing so-far seems wildly out of place, in my opinion.

One issue i do see, those control points at this moment, seem rather small. If the control points expand into the buildings then thats fine, however i can't tell if they do or not at this stage. I would suggest making the cap areas bigger, to prevent annoying situations. For example, one rocket wiping out every player capturing.

Keep up the grand work, it seems great!! Don't let my opinions put you off, just help. - Daruth505

Updates on layout; I've decided to make the map an offensive one. The first point (which isn't made yet) will be a train station or some other part of town, the second capture point will be a viaduct with a tank there, and the reason for the sandbags in front of it is because of the small trench just in front of it just so you can't see under it. The third capture point will be just before the town.

Sorry for that broken grass texture, not sure what went wrong :P

Semi-overview of the map, newest area is the closest and the third capture point is the one towards the back, not sure if I should re-do it or not.
