Where did I say it was excusable.
EU Referendum

lol, just fucking with you dude.
-
one could hope the remain and leave sides will go into a civil war that will discourage all the fucking nationalist plebs for voting the way they do. It would be a win for everyone.
-
-
I was being facetious. I don't condone war or violence, obviously.
It's interesting as a hypothetical though, because it would reshape the politics and political rhetoric of today. I wonder if there is any other such way to make that happen?
-
I did a little clean up here since a banned user decided to come back under a different account. Thanks for indirectly pointing that out @Vaya. Plus, someone else thought it was 'funny' to propose a hypothetical civil war. Let's stay on topic and keep it civilized.
-
ah..I assumed he had been unbanned.

@Sentura as nationalists are those who tend to be extremist, I don't think your idea would change the way they vote. Also in those situations it historically becomes very murky who threw the first punch and whatever part responsible would find a way to spin it in a way that when you get to a vote, their actions would be condoned.
These racist spur is really worrying, if someone gets in my face with such shit I might lose my marbles and do something stupid.
Also UK without a PM and no one up to the challenge to replace the previous… Britain you went out your way to make me feel at home, this is stuff of Italians!

hey lads. fuck leave voters

i would write a big long post about why everything is shit and all arguments in favour of it are retarded but it wouldn't change anybody's mind, let's just hope england and wales break off and fall into the sea.
sure some good people will drown but at least those dirty immigrant foreigners will drown as well eh!
sieg heil!!!
-
Maybe that's a british specificity, but I'm kind of amazed how the "leave" vote intentions are simplified and all thrown up in the bag of immigration, populism and nationalism.
In my mind an European community is a good thing, but it shouldn't be forgotten it's an institution with a politicial orientation and interests. It exist more than just one political project for europe than the one actually in place. So i find all the moralizing tone very weird and actually it scares me a bit.
Maybe there are people in england who voted against the liberal political direction the europe of jean claude juncker is taking ? I voted no in 2004 to the french referendum over the treaty of rome, and if this kind of referendum appear in France, i would probably vote leave for this reason.

This is not a reason not to vote. If you don't vote how come you bitch around about results? This is a thing with democracy and it's the same for every single community. Looking for excuses everywhere.
And for all the guys saying "fuck you all" , "retards" etc. You are putting this thread next to gorillas throwing their own shit at each other in zoo. Very disrespectful.

Did not say it was not a reason to vote, I'm saying that it most likely had an effect on the total number of people in that age group that did vote
(and yes I voted)

That's it. Trump is finally stumped. I am now #mentallyhill. On a more serious note, I love how Brexit is somehow about left vs right, immigrants and the education of the voting blocks =))

The leave vote was driven by old media (newpapers, telegrams, smoke signals etc)

No it's the same in Italy. Couple parties became relevant from the 90s onwards with a constant campaign for separating northern Italy from the rest.
In there there's people like Borghezio, you might have heard about him for racist speeches in the EU parliament, he was also caught on camera "teaching" racism to can't remember if French or Germans on a train.
Sure there are other reasons one can find logical for "leaving", but Its not a simplification: these are main points in the political discussion of certain parties.
Ps: none of these rules are respected by British people, so after brexit there can only be the forecasted catastrophe of this video

I wanted to write some rant about how politicians making power plays and serving a shotgun referendum has fucked us, but as rick said, it won't change anything.
I'll just post this:

Funny thing is that now the UK doesn't seem to want to leave anymore but the EU is preparing the leave...
Troubling times ahead if the EU tries to kick UK out because of this...
