The template is good but I think we miss some key informations like :

- Your name and position at the top of your portolio => your banner is useless, you could use it for this
- You don't explain what you actually did on your projects. You say what your colleagues did, but not what is your concern. Be more specific on your tasks and achievements.
I would say:
"Tasks : I did -this -this -this -this -this - this -this
Achivement: DE_ZOO was featured on CSGO and is part of the MOTHERFUCKING Operation Bloodhound".

The overall is really good and I think it only misses this kind of informations. The first time I saw it I thought, "well, he probably did some good work, but he doesn't feel very confident about it".

This smells of a website made without any prior planning I thought I'd jot my ideas down in a structured manner, I don't know how much you know about web design:

1) Visually it lacks a lot of impact:

• Colours are a bit bland
• Dark colour scheme is a bit gloomy
• Typography is a bit imbalanced and awkward

A fresh, light colour scheme may improve the mood of the page. Maybe revisit the alignment of some elements and definitely make sure the responsiveness is functional across the entire website, right now it's only the navigation.

2) Content is a little thin:

• No CV / Resume
• Limited project explanation / description

As Frank said, include more about the maps. Also a resume or CV could be nice to read, just even listing your experience with various level design related tools could be interesting to read for an aspiring mapper and an employer alike.

3) Structurally it's a bit flat:

[*]Everything on one page[*]Feels cluttered[*]Navigation doesn't really do anything[/list]I would have a proper home page welcoming the visitor and create separate pages for things like portfolio, contact, resume / CV. Portfolio could have 2 sections, one for hobby work and another for professional work, or you could even have complete and WIP sections. However you cut it, they can be on the same page and work like your home page does now.

Of course this all depends on what your end goal is with the portfolio, but I'm sure you've got plenty you could be putting in to it. Good luck! xx
