Feels very mobaish, which doesn't interest me right away (vs a straight up shooter) but could grow on me.

Going a bit off-topic (sorry @2d-chris), but the FPS market doesn't feel that saturated anymore. At least not to me. This year for instance, I can't think of a single impressive shooter (excluding Overwatch). In fact, even though writing about games is a part of my job now, I couldn't name 10 that came out if my life was depending on it.
Considering that Overwatch is a moba as well, that Battlefront plays better in third person… I can't think of anything else than COD in terms of shooter atm. (Is not like CS gets re-released.)
Yes FPS felt saturated, and that's why there has been a shift, just surprised to see a genre catch up so much.
I'm excited for it! Looks good! So many big studios giving a shot at this "FPS Moba" genre these days. I'll be curious to see who comes out on top.

The only slight moba'ish thing about Overwatch is having a few abilities and an ultimate, it's not a MOBA at all, it's more like TF2 gameplay wise.
If it's anything like smite I could probably get into this.

Mmh yeah, read a bit about it and you're right. Disregarded completely as advertisement made it look like a MOBA (heavy accent on "heroes" instead of classes, etc).
I don't like TF2 either (other than art) tho so doesn't change my interest.
