you have a lot of double doors. think of other ways of breaking line of sight..

Go here for a radar. Follow this exactly and you can't go wrong.

are you using the right res? It's pretty much impossible for them to be off...

If they're off just a bit then you could have moved fractionally before/after screenshot/copy coordinates.
