There you go! So just download everyone one of them! Problem Solved Mazy!

Adaware and Spybot are still the most popular.

    umm, yes

so what if theyre the most popular? i can run those two, and find 20 things, but then run the others and still catch shit with every one of them, my point was that you cant find them all with just one program, and i gave a big list of the program names you can use, theyre all unlimited, and free

The funny thing is, that they detect each other as spyware. For instance when you install search and destroy, it will detect the quarantaine of adaware as spyware. So you gotta look closely on what the other programs "still actually find"

I tell everyone that asks to go with MS Antispyware because I run it at home and keeps things pretty secure. I run adaware, spybot, and spyware doctor as well on the machines that are IE based and then just MS antispyware on my firefox machines.

I use the combination of AdAware, Spybot and SpywareBlaster. Spywareblaster is a Tool that immunizes your system and configures your browsersettings. It seems to work pretty well. I have runed adaware and spybot yesterday (after 82 days!) and all them found were 8 cookies.

this is a little old but still relevant i think...

    http://windowssecrets.com/050127/

looks like even the best one-two punch only nails 70% of what's out there, and the adaware/spybot combo only nail 54% :/
