    Hi guys,

    First post, so for starters: Hi!
    Been a long time lurker, have loved looking at the WIP threads for many many years and have finally decided to post something.
    Secondly, I've been working on a project and want to share. Most of the props/models I make after work and in a single go, so this doesn't represent my professional skill in anyway, no first second polish optimization passes, this is me fooling around.

    And another one... I want to have a set of 12, 4 more to go. Next stop will be either loose AC units or the classic Hong Kong style shop signs.

    These props could look well in a CS:GO map! (even though you are using UE4)

    3 shopfronts to go.

    Als redid my shader to use 2 detail maps. In this case the glass has a flat detail map on the glass, and a metal one on the rest.
    It used to be 1 texture for a color detail and 1 for the normal.
    It now does RG->normal B->spec A->roughness, times two, masked by an unused alpha from another texture.

    The sign graphics themselves look pretty cool but the wear on them is lacking in places. I'm especially looking at that green rust board, it looks unnatural and cartoony almost, it might just be your reference I don't know. Quick look around produces this reference for rusted green paint on metal:

    A bit of playing around coupled with some colour correction to match your original palette will see it improved a lot.

    /edit You can use any colour reference actually if you find a better one that isn't green using match colour in PS.
