well, after a month of break i decided to improve from the feedback i got
-cafe to A short blocked out
-lobby to A short opened (rotation time is 8-10 secs)
-T spawn gates are closer to the spawn
-small boost to courtyard from T side
-A long improved, now it's a full apartment and a small vantage point to A provided for peaking (for optimizing reasons you can't smoke A from T side)
-much more believeable bounds
-apartment from T to bombsite B is shorter, and smokeable

Looking good, very natural. The only thing I would comment on is your light fixtures looking very overblown and not fitting to the object.
Have you added custom models now?
